Eat only small meals several times a day. Leave the unit for at least 30 minutes after each meal. Avoid spicy, fried or spicy foods to ... do not try and just be discouraged, not for long, straight 2 pregnancies! Good luck

7mths Clock and acid reflux gives me the whole time and is worse at night and the morning when I wake up .. I know it's even worse when you eat spicy foods, soft drinks and food to shock .. My doctor told me it was ok to take Pepcid AC, abdominal or other drugs on the counter.

Always consult your doctor.

There are several things you can do if all these measures are not working and not Tums.

With your permission, OBS, will Mylanta liquid and refrigerate. The cold helps.

If this fails, you can Zantac, which are already available on the counter. You can, with the approval of the document, in fact, twice the maximum on-the-counter doses.

And as a last resort, Order Prevacid is absolutely safe and heartburn Knock Out.

If I had heartburn really bad when I was pregnant, I have Dr. Pepper. It has helped me to burp and then is acid. Try to help it could. Good luck with the baby.

Papaya! or eat a ton of fresh papaya or go to the health shop and get papaya tablets. That's what I use because I was pregnant, because you are not the flavor of the papaya. Good luck and congratulations on your baby

The changes that the food does not help me. I started on Tums, which helped for a while and then stops. I then Pepcid AC and it was a lifeline. Then to work in the last week it just stopped and I'm back in the Tums. I think your body becomes immune to the appeal after a while, then try Pepcid and see if it helps. In addition, take one tablet 12 hours, then it is not always chewing Tums unpleasant.

Gaviscon! It was a blessing for all my needs heartburn! It worked before, during and after pregnancy. Gaviscon is like abs, but 30 times better! You can not prescription drugs and the pharmacy! Good luck!

Try to sleep in a vertical position (or cluster in a rocking chair cushion) to keep with the help of the normally acid.

No way to stop it. Try your diet. Bread (grain). Oatmeal. No sodas. No sauces. No chocolate.

You can try, try changing your diet, but that does not always help, not you, at least one hour, two hours to eat before going to bed. You try to sleep slightly elevated. I am 7 months and many Tums and milk is the only thing that helped me.
